Yes - we work on a "By Appointment Only" basis, ensuring your exclusive appointment time and attention and to make sure you have all the time and space you need. Unfortunately we can not guarantee any walk-ins the opportunity to browse and try on gowns.

No. We will take your measurements to help you order the best fitting dress for you and some of our gowns allow for bespoke fittings and sizings. However we always recommend local seamstresses who will make sure your dress is perfect and fits like a glove!

We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards.

Our advice is to have your first appointment about a year in advance. We generally advise at least 16 weeks notice, but bear in mind this will be from order to collection - you will need some time after this for alterations, etc. If you have a short timeline we still have options and can definitely assist you - we want to make sure everyone has a dress they truly love no matter when their big day is and will do everything we can to make this happen!

We will make this experience for you and hope you will have everything you could need, however we will need your help with a few bits... 

- If you have any ideas or inspiration of what you are looking for or what you think you would like, photos are a great help.

- Comfortable underwear, closest to that you would be likely to wear on your big day - we recommend strapless, nude colour and not too sparse! 

- A great team - arguably one of the most important... with this one it's quality not quantity - only bring those who you trust to help you through this experience, will keep you calm and confident and you want there. For some that may be 3 of your closest friends or family, for others that will be just our XO family, the choice is yours!

Yes! Our boutique is a ground floor, street level store, meaning it is literally made for every bride!
