Our Appointments...

We know how important this day and finding your dress is, which is why at XO Bridal we want your appointment to be calm, fun and most importantly all about you!

For the entirety of your appointment you will have the whole boutique and all it has to offer for you and your guests only. With a guarantee of no interruptions or distractions, the time is truly yours to relax in your confidence.

Our appointments last 2 hours - this will allow enough time to browse all of our beautiful gowns, try on as many as you like and have the best time with your loved ones, without any rush!

Due to boutique size and to allow the best experience for you, we do limit the number of guests you can bring to 3. We also kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home and surprise them with your gown when you step out as a true princess on your big day.

As a small business, it can be disappointing when we have no-shows or when other brides can not book their desired appointment due to it being booked and cancelled last minute. Our cancellation policy requests that any cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

There may occasionally be a very well-behaved boutique hound keeping an eye from afar from the comfort of his bed (he spends most of his time asleep but does love a fuss too!) - We understand that pups aren't for everyone so if you would rather he not be present during your appointment, please just let us know when booking - It's all about you remember!
