How long we keep information

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. For customers who place an order, we are legally required to keep basic information (including Contact, Identity, and Transaction Data) for six years after the end of the tax year in which the transaction occurred for tax purposes. For all other enquiries and appointments that do not result in an order, we will securely delete your personal information after one year of inactivity.
